Hey everyone, hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. I run a small patrol business with about 12 guards covering shopping centres and a few construction sites overnight. Right now I'm doing rosters in Excel and chasing guys on WhatsApp to confirm they actually checked in, which is honestly driving me mad. Half the time I find out a shift was missed only when the client calls the next morning.
I've been looking into Securitytime after a mate mentioned it, but I want to hear from people who've actually used something similar day to day. What are you all running? Did onboarding take forever, or was it pretty plug-and-play? Also keen to know if the GPS side actually works in basement carparks because that's been a nightmare for us. Any honest thoughts appreciated.
