Some people say that it's in our nature to find someone or something to blame when something goes wrong, and video games have always been an easy target.
But things have changed, and now there are more studies being done by professionals to find out what the real benefits of playing video games are.
Are video games really bad for us because they make us less smart, more violent, or hurt our bodies?
Even though there isn't enough evidence yet to give a solid answer, most researchers are finding out why gaming is good for you.
