Duratia 90 mg contains tadalafil, used for treating erectile dysfunction. Like all medications, it can cause side effects, although not everyone experiences them. Common Side Effects (Mild to Moderate) Headache – most frequently reported. Flushing – warmth or redness in the face, neck, or chest. Back pain or muscle aches – usually occurs 12–24 hours after taking the tablet and generally resolves within 48 hours. Nasal congestion – stuffy nose or mild sinus discomfort. Upset stomach or indigestion – mild nausea or discomfort. Dizziness – feeling lightheaded or Duratia 90 Mg unsteady. Less Common but Serious Side Effects Prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism) – medical emergency. Sudden vision or hearing loss – rare but requires immediate medical attention. Severe allergic reactions – rash, itching, swelling, or difficulty breathing. Precautions: Men with heart disease, liver or kidney issues, low or high blood pressure, or those taking nitrates should consult a doctor before taking Duratia 90 mg, as the risk of serious side effects may increase.
