Poxet 90 mg contains dapoxetine, which is a medication used for premature ejaculation (PE), not erectile dysfunction. Its safety and dosing are specific: Key Points About Poxet 90 mg Purpose Premature ejaculation (PE): Helps delay ejaculation and improve control during sexual activity. It does not treat erectile dysfunction. How It Works Dapoxetine is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Increases serotonin activity in the nervous system, which helps delay ejaculation. Recommended Dosing On-demand use: Typically 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. The usual starting dose is 30 mg, which may be increased to 60 mg (or sometimes 90 mg in some markets) based on tolerance. Daily use is NOT recommended. Dapoxetine is meant for occasional, as-needed use, not continuous daily therapy. Precautions Avoid combining with other SSRIs or MAO inhibitors.
