Super Vidalista (a combination of Sildenafil citrate and Tadalafil, or sometimes a high-dose Tadalafil variant, depending on the formulation) can increase risk of side effects in certain medical conditions. It’s a powerful erectile dysfunction medication, so caution is essential. Conditions That Increase Risk Heart or Cardiovascular Problems Unstable angina, recent heart attack, severe heart failure, or arrhythmias PDE5 inhibitors can lower blood pressure, which may trigger dizziness, Super Vidalista , or heart complications. Use of Nitrates or Nitric Oxide Donors Nitrates (nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) combined with Super Vidalista can cause dangerous drops in blood pressure, potentially life-threatening. Severe Liver Disease Liver impairment slows metabolism of Sildenafil and Tadalafil, increasing drug levels and risk of side effects. Severe Kidney Disease Impaired kidney function can reduce drug clearance, raising toxicity risk. Hypotension (Low Blood Pressure) Already low blood pressure may worsen with PDE5 inhibitors. Retinal or Eye Conditions History of retinitis pigmentosa, sudden vision loss, or NAION (non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy) can increase risk of vision problems. Priapism Risk Conditions like sickle cell anemia, leukemia, multiple myeloma, or penile deformities increase the risk of prolonged erections (priapism). Other Medications Drugs like alpha-blockers, some antifungals, or HIV protease inhibitors can interact with PDE5 inhibitors, increasing side effects. Key Safety Tips Always consult a doctor before taking Super Vidalista. Do not exceed prescribed doses. Report any chest pain, severe headache, vision changes, or prolonged erection immediately. Avoid alcohol or recreational drugs that affect blood pressure.
