Sildigra 100 mg is a medication that can help improve erectile function in men who suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED). It contains Sildenafil as its active ingredient, which is the same active compound found in Viagra. How Sildigra 100 mg Works: Sildenafil (the active ingredient) works by inhibiting an enzyme called PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5) in the body. Normally, PDE5 breaks down cGMP, a molecule that relaxes the blood vessels in the penis and helps with blood flow. By inhibiting PDE5, Sildenafil allows the body to maintain higher levels of cGMP, resulting in relaxed blood vessels and increased blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. Erection Process: When you are sexually aroused, the increased blood flow allows for the engorgement of the penis, helping to achieve and maintain an erection suitable for sexual activity. Effectiveness ofSildigra 100 mg is generally effective in treating ED for men who experience difficulty getting or maintaining an erection. It typically works within 30 to 60 minutes after taking the tablet, and its effects can last for around 4-6 hours. It’s important to note that Sildigra (or any other Sildenafil-based medication) will only work when there is sexual stimulation. It does not increase sexual desire, but it helps facilitate an erection when arousal occurs. Dosage: The typical starting dose is 100 mg, but depending on your response and any side effects, your doctor may adjust the dose. The maximum recommended dose is 100 mg per day, and it should be taken about 30 minutes to 1 hour before planned sexual activity. Do not exceed one dose per day to avoid the risk of adverse effects. Side Effects: While Sildigra is generally well-tolerated, it can cause side effects, some of which may include: Headache Flushing (redness or warmth in the face or neck) Indigestion or stomach discomfort Nasal congestion Dizziness Vision changes (e.g., blurred vision, sensitivity to light) In rare cases, it can cause more serious side effects such as: Priapism (a prolonged, painful erection lasting more than 4 hours) Sudden vision loss Chest pain or irregular heartbeats If any of these serious side effects occur, it’s important to seek medical help immediately.
