There is no official record indicating that Tadalista 60 mg has “stopped being used widely.” Tadalista, which contains tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, is prescribed for erectile dysfunction (ED), and the 60 mg strength is considered a high-dose option compared to standard doses (10–20 mg).

The perception that it is less commonly used may arise from medical guidelines and safety concerns. Higher doses like 60 mg are more likely to cause side effects such as headache, flushing, dizziness, back pain, or low blood pressure, especially in men with heart, liver, or kidney conditions. As a result, many doctors prefer prescribing lower doses (10 mg or 20 mg) initially, adjusting only if necessary.

Additionally, regulatory approvals and availability vary by country. In some regions, pharmaceutical companies market only 10 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg tablets, making 60 mg less commonly seen, even though it may still be manufactured and used under prescription in certain areas.

TADALISTA 60 MG has not been officially discontinued, but its use is limited due to safety concerns, preference for lower starting doses, and regional availability. Men requiring higher doses are always advised to take it under strict medical supervision to minimize risks of adverse effects and drug interactions.
