Vidalista 60 (tadalafil 60 mg) can cause dizziness in some people, especially when certain conditions or factors are present. Dizziness is a known side effect of tadalafil, and higher doses like 60 mg can increase the chance of it happening. 2. If you take it with alcohol Alcohol increases the risk of: dizziness low blood pressure fainting So combining Vidalista 60 with alcohol can trigger dizziness. 3. If you already have low blood pressure Tadalafil can lower blood pressure slightly. If your blood pressure is already low, or if you are taking BP medicines, dizziness can happen. 4. If you are taking nitrate medicines If you take nitrates (for chest pain), combining them with tadalafil can cause dangerously low blood pressure, leading to dizziness or fainting. Examples of nitrates: Vidalista 60 Mg isosorbide dinitrate isosorbide mononitrate 5. If you have dehydration or are overheated Being dehydrated or overheated (e.g., after exercise) can worsen dizziness because blood vessels already dilate with tadalafil. 6. If you are on certain other medicines Some medicines interact and increase dizziness risk, such as: alpha-blockers (for prostate or BP) some antifungals (ketoconazole, itraconazole) certain antibiotics (erythromycin) HIV medicines (protease inhibitors) 7. If the dose is too high for you A 60 mg dose is higher than usual and may be too strong for many men. Dizziness can occur if the dose is more than your body can tolerate.
