Tadalista (a tadalafil?containing medication), certain liver conditions can change how the drug should be used — because tadalafil is primarily metabolised by the liver (CYP3A4). If the liver isn’t functioning well, the drug can build up in the body, increasing side?effect risk. Liver Conditions That Modify Use Mild to Moderate Hepatic Impairment People with mild to moderate liver impairment (often classified as Tadalista ?Pugh Class A or B) can sometimes use tadalafil, but caution and dose adjustment are advised. For as?needed use, a lower maximum dose (e.g., ?10?mg) may be recommended and daily regimens should be carefully considered. Severe Hepatic Impairment (Child?Pugh Class C) Tadalafil is not recommended in people with severe liver disease (Child?Pugh Class C) because the liver’s ability to break down the drug is significantly reduced, and there is insufficient safety data. This applies to conditions like advanced cirrhosis, extensive fibrosis with impaired function, or end?stage liver disease.
