Manforce 50 mg contains Sildenafil Citrate, a PDE5 inhibitor used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). Its main effect is on blood flow to the penis, and it does not directly affect sperm production or fertility. Impact on Fertility Sperm Production (Testes Function) Sildenafil does not reduce sperm count, motility, or morphology. Clinical studies have not shown it to have a toxic effect on sperm. Ejaculation Manforce 50 Mg can improve erection quality, which may help in achieving successful ejaculation during intercourse. It does not delay ejaculation at the 50?mg dose (unlike combination drugs with Dapoxetine). Indirect Effects By improving erectile function, it can increase the likelihood of successful conception because intercourse becomes more effective. Psychological benefits (less stress or performance anxiety) may also indirectly support fertility. Considerations Manforce 50 mg should not be combined with nitrate medications or certain heart drugs. Long-term use is generally considered safe for men trying to conceive. Men with severe ED or underlying conditions affecting fertility (like hormonal issues or varicocele) should discuss both ED and fertility with a doctor. Bottom line: Manforce 50 mg does not impair fertility. In fact, by improving erectile function, it can indirectly support conception.
