Tadalista (which contains Tadalafil, the active ingredient also found in Cialis) can have serious interactions with nitrate medications, and this interaction increases the risk of severe side effects. Here's why: How Tadalista and Nitrates Interact: Mechanism of Action: Tadalafil works by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, which results in increased blood flow to the penis and helps men with erectile dysfunction (ED) achieve and maintain an erection. Nitrates, commonly used for angina (chest pain) or other heart-related conditions, work by increasing the levels of nitric oxide in the body, which dilates blood vessels and improves blood flow. The Danger of Combining Them: Both Tadalafil and nitrate medications cause blood vessel dilation. When taken together, they can cause an excessive drop in blood pressure (hypotension). This Tadalista in blood pressure can lead to dizziness, fainting, and in severe cases, heart attack, stroke, or other serious cardiovascular complications. The combination can be particularly dangerous for individuals with pre-existing heart conditions or low blood pressure. Types of Nitrates and Their Risk: Short-acting nitrates: Nitroglycerin (used for acute chest pain or angina attacks) and similar medications are the most common short-acting nitrates. Taking Tadalista within 24 hours of a short-acting nitrate can increase the risk of a dangerous blood pressure drop.
