Fildena Super Active, which contains Sildenafil Citrate (the same active ingredient found in Viagra), can cause vision problems in some individuals, although it’s not common. Vision-related side effects are known to occur with medications like Sildenafil (and other PDE5 inhibitors such as Vardenafil and Tadalafil), though they are generally rare and usually temporary. How Fildena Super Active Can Affect Vision: Changes in Color Vision (Cyanopsia): One of the most common vision-related side effects of Sildenafil and similar medications is blue-tinted vision or cyanopsia. This means that things may appear slightly blue or have a bluish hue. This side effect is usually temporary and goes away after the medication wears off (usually within a few hours). Blurred Vision: Some people may experience blurred vision or a general difficulty focusing. Again, this is usually short-term and subsides as the drug is metabolized by the body. Other Vision Issues: In rare cases, Sildenafil and similar drugs can cause more serious vision problems, such as sudden vision loss or non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). This is a very rare but serious condition where the blood flow to the optic nerve is compromised, leading to vision loss in one eye.
