Vidalista CT 20 (Tadalafil) is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and, in some cases, other conditions like benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). However, certain health conditions may prevent you from safely using this medication. Here's a list of conditions where caution is needed or the use of Vidalista CT 20 may be contraindicated: 1. Heart Disease or Heart Problems Active heart conditions such as angina, heart failure, or recent heart attacks. Low blood pressure (hypotension) or uncontrolled high blood pressure (hypertension). Arrhythmias or irregular heart rhythms, as the drug can lower blood pressure and put extra strain on the heart. Using Vidalista CT 20 in individuals with heart disease could lead to serious complications, including a heart attack or stroke. 2. Stroke History If you've had a stroke recently or have a history of stroke, the use of Vidalista CT 20 Mg may not be safe due to its potential to affect blood flow and blood pressure. 3. Severe Liver or Kidney Disease Liver diseases such as cirrhosis or hepatitis can affect how the drug is metabolized, leading to higher concentrations of the medication in the bloodstream, which increases the risk of side effects. Severe kidney dysfunction can also cause the drug to accumulate in the body. 4. Nitrate Medications Nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate) are used to treat chest pain or heart problems. Taking Vidalista CT 20 with nitrates can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure, leading to dizziness, fainting, or even heart attack. 5. Penile Abnormalities If you have priapism (a painful, prolonged erection) or any structural abnormalities of the penis, such as penile implants or severe curvature, you should avoid taking Vidalista CT 20, as it can worsen these conditions.
