Setting up Zoho Mail on your iPhone is a convenient way to manage your emails on the go. Whether you’re using Zoho for personal or business communication, configuring your account on the Mail app can enhance productivity. The iPhone Mail app supports IMAP, which makes it compatible with Zoho’s secure mail servers. Before you start, make sure you have an active Zoho Mail account, your email address, and your account password ready. You’ll also need to ensure your iPhone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network.

To begin the setup, go to your iPhone’s Settings, then scroll down and tap on Mail > Accounts > Add Account. Choose Other, then select Add Mail Account. Enter your name, Zoho email address, password, and a short description (e.g., Zoho Work Mail). Once entered, tap Next, and you’ll be prompted to configure incoming and outgoing mail server details manually. This is where you’ll input Zoho’s IMAP and SMTP server settings, which are necessary for two-way email sync.

For Incoming Mail Server, use imap.zoho.com and enter your Zoho email ID and password. For the Outgoing Mail Server, use smtp.zoho.com and again enter your credentials. Be sure to toggle SSL on and use Port 993 for IMAP and Port 465 for SMTP. After entering these details, tap Next, and your iPhone will attempt to verify the account information. If everything is correct, you’ll see the checkmarks indicating success, and the account will be added to your iPhone’s Mail app.

After setup is complete, open the Mail app to start sending and receiving emails through your Zoho Mail account. You can further customize sync settings by going back to Settings > Mail > Accounts, selecting your Zoho account, and adjusting how many days of mail to sync, as well as notifications. Setting up Zoho Mail on your iPhone allows you to stay connected and organized wherever you are. If you encounter any issues, double-check the server settings or consider enabling two-factor authentication and generating an app-specific password from your Zoho account for added security.
