Hi everyone. I would like to know how you deal with anxiety. Lately I feel constant tension for no apparent reason. I wake up tired, it’s hard to concentrate, I get irritated over trifles. I tried breathing exercises, spending less time on the phone, even limiting my coffee — none of it really helped.

I want to recommend you one thing that really helped — the liven. It’s not just app, but like a personal assistant for self-knowledge. You can track your mood, build habits, set goals for day. I was hooked by fact that everything is intuitive, without pressure. They even have AI assistant, Livi, who helps you put your thoughts on the shelves and offers simple questions for reflection. For me, it’s become something like diary, but in more understandable and modern form. And yes, there is a refund function if you don’t like it.

I was especially overcome with anxiety in the evenings — I just couldn’t stop the flow of thoughts. I also tried the Liven app, by the way. I liked that you can track your mood by day - it turned out that I have patterns that I hadn't noticed before.

Hi everyone, I totally get how tough anxiety can be—it really affects every part of your day. Along with what’s already been shared here, I’ve found that small routines that bring comfort help a lot. For example, having a simple self-care ritual or something soothing to focus on can make a difference.

Also, on a lighter note, if you’re like me and prefer to keep things low-maintenance, check out these super comfy caps for short or shaved hair — they’re great for those days when you want to feel a bit more put-together without any hassle:

Sometimes little things that boost your confidence or comfort can ease some tension. Wishing you all the best on your journey with anxiety!
