Tadalista 40 mg is a very high dose of tadalafil, much higher than what’s typically recommended for most people. It’s not commonly prescribed and should only be used if explicitly directed by a qualified doctor. Taking such a high dose increases the risk of serious side effects — and certain medical conditions should absolutely prevent you from taking it. Prevent You from Using Tadalista 40 mg: 1. Heart Conditions: Recent heart attack (within the last 90 days) Recent stroke (within the last 6 months) Unstable angina (chest pain) Severe heart failure Low or uncontrolled high blood pressure Tadalista 40 Mg That Interact: Nitrates (used for chest pain) Alpha-blockers (used for high blood pressure or prostate issues) Ritonavir, ketoconazole, or similar — strong CYP3A4 inhibitors Some antifungals and antibiotics Recreational drugs like "poppers" (amyl nitrate) 3. Liver or Kidney Disease: Severe liver impairment Severe kidney failure (especially if on dialysis) 4. Blood Pressure Issues: Very low blood pressure (hypotension) Uncontrolled high blood pressure 5. Eye Disorders: NAION (non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy) — sudden vision loss Do not use Tadalista 40 mg unless your doctor has prescribed it and confirmed it’s safe given your health history and medications. If you tell me more about your health conditions or medications, I can help assess whether it looks risky — though a healthcare provider should make the final call.
