Recently, I discovered signs of bedbugs in my guest bedroom—tiny blood spots on sheets, itchy bites, and even a couple of actual bugs on the mattress seams (gross, I know ??). I'm trying to stay calm and avoid using chemical-heavy sprays or foggers, especially since I have pets and a small child at home.

I’ve been looking into eco-conscious options, and one service I found eco friendly pest control london claims they use heat treatment instead of harsh chemicals.

From what I understand, heat treatment involves raising the temperature in the affected rooms to a level that kills all life stages of bedbugs—eggs, nymphs, and adults. That sounds promising, especially since it's chemical-free and doesn’t leave any residue.

But I’m curious:

Does it actually work?

How long does the treatment take?

Is it a one-time fix, or do you need follow-ups?

Will my furniture, electronics, or decor be safe from the heat?

And most importantly—did the bedbugs come back?

If anyone here has tried heat treatment for bedbugs, especially from a company offering eco friendly pest control in London, I’d really appreciate your feedback. It’s a bit pricey, so I want to make sure it’s worth it before booking.
