Fildena Super Active contains sildenafil citrate, a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction by enhancing blood flow to the penis. While effective for its intended purpose, it can have cardiovascular effects, especially in individuals with pre-existing heart conditions. Fildena Super Active works by inhibiting the enzyme PDE5, which results in vasodilation — widening of the blood vessels. This vasodilation can lower blood pressure, potentially causing dizziness, fainting, or even heart palpitations. People taking nitrates for chest pain or those with severe heart diseases like unstable angina or recent heart attack are advised not to use it, as the combination can lead to dangerous drops in blood pressure.
