Vidalista (which contains Tadalafil as the active ingredient) is not a permanent cure for erectile dysfunction (ED). Instead, it is a temporary treatment that helps manage symptoms of ED for as long as it is taken. Why Vidalista is Not a Permanent Cure for ED: Mechanism of Action: Vidalista works by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme in the body, which helps to relax the blood vessels in the penis, allowing for increased blood flow and the ability to achieve and maintain an erection during sexual activity. It provides a temporary solution that only works when you are sexually stimulated. It does not address the underlying cause of erectile dysfunction, which could be due to a variety of factors such as diabetes, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, stress, or psychological issues. The effects of Vidalista typically last for 36 hours, but the drug is out of your system shortly after that. So, after the effects wear off, you’ll need to take another dose if you wish to achieve an erection again. Not a Cure, But a Treatment: Vidalista is one of several medications used to manage ED temporarily. It doesn’t cure ED but can help men who are suffering from it to enjoy normal sexual function while they are on the medication. The underlying cause of ED may persist or worsen even if you're taking the medication. Lifestyle factors (like diet, exercise, smoking, and alcohol consumption), health conditions (such as diabetes, hypertension, or high cholesterol), or psychological factors (like stress, anxiety, or depression) may still be affecting your sexual health.
