Extra Super P Force is a combination medication containing: Sildenafil Citrate (100 mg) – A PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction (ED). Dapoxetine (100 mg) – A selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used for premature ejaculation (PE). Potential Serious Health Issues of Extra Super P Force Cardiovascular Risks May cause a drop in blood pressure, especially in men with heart disease.
Not recommended for those taking nitrates (e.g., nitroglycerin) due to the risk of a dangerous Extra Super P Force pressure drop. Can lead to heart palpitations, chest pain, or irregular heartbeat in sensitive individuals. Vision and Hearing Problems Rare cases of sudden vision loss due to NAION (Non-Arteritic Anterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy). Some users experience blurred vision or color distortion.
Can cause temporary or permanent hearing loss in rare cases. Mental Health Effects (Due to Dapoxetine) May increase anxiety, depression, or mood swings in some individuals. Can cause dizziness, confusion, or fainting, increasing the risk of falls or accidents. Prolonged Erections (Priapism) Rare but serious risk of priapism (a prolonged, painful erection lasting more than 4 hours). If untreated, can lead to permanent damage to penile tissue Severe Gastrointestinal Issues Some users report severe nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or stomach pain.
