This stretching can cause mild to moderate pain on one or both sides of your abdomen, especially during sudden movements like standing up quickly or rolling over in bed.

However, every pregnancy is unique, and the timing of When Does Round Ligament Pain Start. Some women may start experiencing it earlier, even in the first trimester, while others might not feel it until later in their pregnancy.

So, moms-to-be, we want to hear from you! When did you first notice round ligament pain kicking in? Did it catch you by surprise, or were you expecting it? Share your experiences, tips, and tricks for managing this discomfort. Together, we can support and empower each other through the ups and downs of pregnancy. Let the discussion begin!
