MetaMask Extension -  a bridge connecting the users to their MetMask wallet operating via a web plugin i.e. computers/laptops. Extensions are termed as the backbone while you are accessing your wallet through a computer/laptop. It is so because in the absence of extensions, users won’t be able to get into their wallet through a web plugin and the sole way through which they can access their wallets is via its mobile app. Through extensions, users get a widened and more clear picture of the activities taking place in the crypto world. They can explore several dApps, interact with smart contracts and conduct extensive trade research. 

Working with the MetaMask Extension is not as hard as it sounds. The activities to be performed through an extension are somewhat similar to the ones that we processed through a MetaMask mobile app. To kick-start managing their funds with the extensions, users have to first install a legitimate extension on their operating devices. There is not a single option relating to the extensions, rather there are five recognized browser extensions that are launched to date. Users can pick any of them based on their preferences and head ahead to install the same. Once the extension gets installed, they can either create a new wallet (novice investors) or import an existing wallet (experienced ones) by selecting a relevant option after launching the extension. After choosing an option, they have to simply move ahead to complete the prompted actions. Once, they have completed all the required actions they can now easily navigate through the wallet and can perform the activities of their choice.
