Import PST Files into a Single Outlook Account

Open Outlook:
Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
Create a New Outlook Profile (Optional):

If you want to keep your existing Outlook data separate, you can create a new Outlook profile. To do this, go to the Windows Control Panel, search for "Mail," and then click "Show Profiles." Create a new profile and configure it with a different email account.

Open the Data File Management Window:
Click on the "File" tab in Outlook.

Open Account Settings:
In the Account Information section, click on "Account Settings" and then select "Account Settings" from the dropdown.

Data Files Tab:
In the Account Settings window, go to the "Data Files" tab.

Add PST Files:
Click on the "Add" button to add the PST files you want to merge. Locate the PST files on your computer, select them, and click "OK."

Close and Reopen Outlook:
Close Outlook and then reopen it. You should now see the added PST files in the navigation pane.

Copy or Move Emails:
In the newly added PST files, select the emails, contacts, or other items you want to merge.
Right-click and choose either "Copy" or "Move" (depending on whether you want to keep a copy in the original PST or move them entirely).
Select the target PST file (usually the main Outlook data file) and paste the items into the appropriate folders.

Repeat for Other PST Files:
Repeat the process for each PST file you want to merge.

Remove Unnecessary PST Files:
Once you've copied or moved all the items, you can remove the unnecessary PST files from your profile.

Regards,
Peter
