Check the printer connection: Ensure that your Canon printer is properly connected to your computer and that all cables are securely plugged in.

Restart the printer: Turn off your Canon printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a few seconds and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Set the printer as the default: In Windows, go to the "Devices and Printers" section of the Control Panel, right-click on your Canon printer, and select "Set as default printer".

Restart the Print Spooler service: Open the Services app in Windows, find the "Print Spooler" service, right-click on it, and select "Restart".

Update or reinstall the printer driver: Visit the Canon website and download the latest driver for your printer. Alternatively, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver on your computer.

Disable "Use Printer Offline" setting: In Windows, go to the "Devices and Printers" section of the Control Panel, right-click on your Canon printer, and uncheck the "Use Printer Offline" option.
