To convert a Word document to a PDF manually, you can follow these steps:
Open the Word document you want to convert to PDF.
Click on the File menu and select Save As.
Choose PDF from the drop-down menu in the Save As dialog box.
Select a location to save your PDF file, give it a name, and click Save.
Your Word document will now be saved as a PDF file.
Alternatively, if you have Microsoft Office 2010 or later, you can also use the built-in feature to save the document as a PDF. Simply go to File > Save As > PDF or XPS. Then, choose PDF as the file type and click the Publish button. This will create a PDF file of your Word document.
Regards, Peter
