Hero MotoCorp has unveiled its new electric scooter under the sub-brand, Vida in the northern Indian city of Jaipur. The V1 is the first electric scooter of the brand. Hero Vida will be available in two variants as- V1 Pro and V1 Plus. The Vida V1 Pro has priced at Rs.1.59 lakh (ex-showroom) and the Vida V1 Plus bears a price tag of Rs.1.45 lakh (ex-showroom). Vida V1 e-scooter will be launched only in Delhi, Bengaluru, and Jaipur in the first phase. Hero MotoCorp has also unveiled its Vida Charging network for customers.
The Bookings for Hero Vida V1 pro and plus electric scooter will start on October 10, 2022. A token amount of Rs 2,499/- is fixed for booking. However, the deliveries will commence in December 2022. Hero MotoCorp’s Vida V1 E scooter will have an expected range of up to 165 km on a single charge in ideal conditions. It will compete with Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube, Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X, etc.
The Vida V1 pro and plus electric scooter will be available in three ride modes- Eco, Ride, and Sports. Interestingly it will also have a Custom mode for the convenience of the rider.
