There are four main sinus pressure points on your head: the forehead, between the eyes, behind the ears, and the back of the head. You can use these pressure points to relieve sinus pressure and pain.

Forehead: The pressure point is located in the indentation between the eyebrows. Use your index fingers to apply pressure to the point for two to three minutes.

Between the eyes: The pressure point is located on the bridge of the nose, just between the eyes. Use your index fingers to apply pressure to the point for two to three minutes.

Behind the ears: The pressure points are located on the hollows behind the earlobes. Use your fingers to apply pressure to the points for two to three minutes.

Back of the head: The pressure point is located at the base of the skull, in the hollow between the neck and the skull. Use your fingers to apply pressure to the point for two to three minutes.
