Normally, what happens is whenever any citizen breaks any traffic rule such as crossing red light or over speeding, he is given a ticket which is called manual challan but in large cities where the traffic is more, Traffic E-Challanit is not possible to keep an eye on all the traffic violators, so the people can escape easily. But, MORTH i.e. Ministry of Road Transport & Highways has solved this problem by introducing traffic E-Challan i.e. Traffic challan in electronic form.
