Hi,
My favorite part in the chicken is "chicken breast". We usually ignore the Chicken legs and feet (the yellow part of a chicken leg with a nail on the end). Till now I don't know the medicinal properties of these chicken legs. I'm hypertension patient, I will follow your advise of eating chicken legs, so that I will keep my High Blood Pressure under control. Thank you very much for this Article.
