I’ve been using Mounjaro for a while now, and honestly, I’m a little confused about when people are actually supposed to move up to the next dose. Some weeks I feel like it’s working great, then other weeks not so much. Is increasing the dosage based only on weight loss progress, or do side effects and appetite changes matter too?

Most people increase their Mounjaro dose gradually and only after their body adjusts well to the current level. Doctors usually look at appetite control, side effects, blood sugar response, and overall progress before recommending any change. I found some practical explanations while reading articles on https://evernu.co.uk/blog/when-to-increase-mounjaro-dose , especially about why patience between dose increases can actually improve long-term results. It’s definitely not something to rush just because progress slows for a short period.

Sometimes health routines feel inconsistent even when you’re doing everything “right.” Small adjustments in sleep, hydration, meal timing, and stress levels can quietly influence how your body responds over time.
