Ballet is often considered as hard as many top sports because it demands extreme strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and mental focus. Dancers train for many hours daily, often starting young, and perform through pain and injury. While difficulty is subjective and varies by sport, ballet is widely respected as one of the most physically and mentally demanding disciplines.
