If I had to defend the time I spend reading independent blogs this site would feature in the defence, and a look at questloft reinforced that defensive utility, the ongoing case for non algorithmic reading is one I make to myself periodically and sites like this one provide the actual evidence that supports the case clearly.

Polished and informative without feeling overproduced, that is the sweet spot, and a look at lithelight hit it again, you can tell when a site has been built with care versus thrown together for the sake of having something to put online and this is clearly the former approach taken by the team.

Started imagining how I would explain the topic to someone else after reading, and a look at kilzavo gave me more material for that imagined explanation, content that improves my own ability to discuss a topic is content that has actually transferred knowledge rather than just decorating my screen for a few minutes.

Once I trust a site this much I tend to read everything they publish and that is the trajectory I am on with this one, and a stop at beechcell confirmed the trajectory, the rare progression from interested reader to comprehensive reader is something only certain sites earn and this one is earning that progression rapidly.

Bookmark added with a small note about why, and a look at realmmercy prompted another bookmark with another note, the bookmarks I annotate are the ones I expect to return to deliberately rather than stumble into and this site is generating annotated bookmarks at a higher rate than my usual content sources by some margin.

Honestly the simplicity of the explanation made the topic click for me in a way other writeups had not, and a look at rabbitmaple continued that clarity into related areas, when a writer gets the level of explanation right the reader does the heavy lifting themselves and the post just enables it.
