À chaque fois que je me dis “je tente juste un petit pari pour le fun”, je me retrouve deux heures plus tard à avoir tout cramé. Je comprends pas pourquoi j’arrive pas à m’arrêter. Pourtant, je suis pas accro, j’aime juste ça… Mais j’ai zéro méthode. Comment on garde le contrôle sans gâcher le plaisir ?

Je te jure, c’était pareil pour moi. Je pensais que je gérais, alors que je jouais totalement à l’instinct. Ce qui m’a changé la vie, c’est de mettre en place un vrai cadre, avec des limites strictes. J’ai lu un article super clair sur 1xbet sn , qui expliquait comment définir une bankroll, répartir les mises, et surtout arrêter au bon moment.
