The flexibility of Air Canada flight cancellation policy is a key design feature. If your reservation for refundable tickets is canceled, you will be fully reimbursed using the original payment method. If your ticket is non refundable, you can cancel and get a credit toward future travel. Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the departure of your flight to avoid incurring additional penalties.
