ON 10/25/09 WHILE PUMPKING WITH MY FAMILY WE CAME UPON "THE PUPPY EXPERIENCE" STORE.ONCE INSIDE WE FELL HEAD OVER HEELS IN LOVE WITH A MINI BULLDOG WE NAMED "BOO BOO".UNFORTUNATLY LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER BOO BOO WAS SNEEZING AND COUGHING AND TRUE TO THEIR WORD THE STORE CAME TO OUR HOME AND PICKED HIM UP AND BROUGHT HIM TO DR MILLER (THEIR VET).ON THURSDAY WE WERE TOLD BOO BOO WAS ALL BETTER AND COULD GO HOME AS SOON AS "WE" COULD COME AND PICK HIM UP.BY MONDAY 11/2/09 BOO BOO WAS SNEEZING AND COUGHING AGAIN,AND AGAIN WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF HIM AS SOON AS "WE" BROUGHT HIM BACK TO THE STORE,THIS TIME THEY KEPT BOO BOO UNTIL SATURDAY.AS WE WERE DRIVING HOME WITH BOO BOO HE BEGAN GACKING AND VOMITING WHICH HE HADN'T DONE ON PREVIOUS CAR TRIPS BUT ONCE HOME HE SEEMED FINE BUT AS THE WEEK PROGRESSED HIS DRINKING AND EATING SLOWED BY FRIDAY 11/13/09 WE TOOK BOO BOO TO OUR VET WHO CONFIRMED BOO BOO WAS SUFFERING FROM KIDNEY FAILURE AND NEEDED TO HOSPITALIZED.SCOTT KAPLAN THE OWNER OF "THE PUPPY EXPERIENCE" ASSURED US HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF BOO BOO, WE JUST NEEDED TO DROP HIM OFF AT THE STORE AGAIN WHICH WE DID ON 11/14/2009.WE NEVER SAW BOO BOO AGAIN EVEN THOUGH WE CALLED EVERYDAY AND REQUESTED TO SEE HIM WE WERE TOLD HE WAS DOING FINE UNTIL WE HAD HAD ENOUGH OF SCOTT'S LIES AND WENT TO THE STORE ON TUESDAY 11/24/09 AND DEMANDED TO SEE BOO BOO,THAT'S WHEN WE WERE TOLD BY SCOTT VIA TELEPHONE THAT BOO BOO HAD "DIED 2 DAYS AGO" NO IAM SORRY,NO REFUND,NO PUPPY...NOTHING. AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED "THE PUPPY EXPERIENCE" AND OWNER SCOTT KAPLAN SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN BEFORE THEY STEAL AND HURT ANOTHER PET AND FAMILY...
